Jesus said unto him, if thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. And straightaway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.
If you truly dare to believe this, there are miracles that can still happen, but most of us, including myself, have trouble believing this promise from verse 23. We also, like the father in 24, ought to pray, seeking help for our unbelief.
Belief and faith are intricately intertwined, yet separate. However, you can’t have one without the other.
For without faith there can be no belief, and without belief there can be no faith. They are bound together so tightly that they’re almost the same.
Miracles, signs, wonders, all these are noted for having 2 things in common: belief and faith. Sometimes though, you’ll get an answer that differs from what you seek. That doesn’t mean you lack either of them, just that God has a better plan.
